Sports Performance Package
Our sports program package is for those looking for one-on-one personal training with a program developed for your specific needs, no matter whether you are a high school or collegiate athlete who wants to make some off-season gains or someone who is serious about improving their fitness level a few notches. This package starts off with a comprehensive functional movement screen (FMS). This allows us to objectively determine whether your are moving the way you should be moving. With these screen tests, we are able to identify compensatory movement patterns that are inefficient, reduce performance, and pose an increased risk of injury.
Based on the screening, we customize a program specifically tailored for you based on your goals and needs. We will work on your asymmetries and develop the strength, coordination, and movement for you to excel even more in your particular sport. We focus on the entire body with agility, mobility, strength, and power with one objective — for you to become a more competitive, more valuable athlete. Our program is based on the same training modalities used by NBA, NHL, and NFL professional athletes.
